Couch to 5K Challenge

We have a trained person coming into school to promote active lifestyles every Tuesday. It is a 9 week programme to encourage parents/carers to keep fit. Thank you to the parents/carers that came on Tuesday, they had fantastic time and really enjoyed themselves. If you would like to join, please be at school on Tuesday at 9.15am. You will need to be in a pair of jogging bottoms and trainers.
