Writing super stars!
This year we have introduced a new writing challenge...the 10 minute write!
The children are provided with an image, a topic or a title and they can write freely on the subject for 10 minutes. They can choose the genre of writing, the intended audience, the layout...in fact they can choose EVERYTHING!
We have such fantastic pieces of writing from all the children in Year 3 and they love the opportunity to be creative and imaginative with their writing. So far the children have produced instructions on how to bake a cake, poems about a witch, stories about an evil superhero and much more.
