Year 3's trip to Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery
On Tuesday 25th September 2012, year 3 went to Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery to look at artefact's about the Egyptians as part of this half terms History topic.
The children spent the morning looking visiting the Pharaoh: King of Egypt exhibition, a national touring exhibition from the British Museum in London, which explores the lives of the ancient kings of Egypt.
In the afternoon the children visited the Ancient Egypt exhibit in Birmingham Museum and had the opportunity to look at a range of artefact's to find out about the lives of the Ancient Egyptians.
The children all had a fantastic day!
