We have been trying to encourage the children to learn extra spellings as well due to their SAT's test including a spelling test of words they will not have had time to learnt. We are focusing on learning the spelling rules and methods within school, but we have included the whole of the year 6 spelling scheme so you can add 'extra' spellings to the ones they learn weekly at home with you!
