Hello and a very warm welcome from the Trust Board at Timberley Academy.

We are a very committed and active Trust Board.  As well as fulfilling our duties by both supporting and challenging Mrs Harris and her Senior Leadership Team we carry out monitoring activities and look at progress across school, we also enjoy being involved in day to day events. The Trust Board is made up of a team of volunteers. We have volunteers representing parents, staff, and the community. The Trust Board works together as a group in a strategic role to oversee the direction and leadership of the School for which the  board is legally accountable. The Headteacher and her Senior Leadership Team manage the school on a day to day basis and the Trustees meet together half termly and in small working groups as necessary to look at specific projects, developments and to monitor the work of the school.

All school staff and trustees work together with a common aim of providing a safe and vibrant learning environment in which all children from Nursery to Year 6 can reach their potential and have an enjoyable experience in this wonderful school.  As parents and carers, you are very much part of the whole school community and your opinions and comments are very valuable to us.  We have a suggestion box outside the main office for you to post any comments, suggestions or ideas.
