Scavengers and Settlers
Entry Point
For our Entry Point we went into Forest School and worked in teams to build our own shelters. We had to decide where to build them and how to build them using natural materials. We also had to remember to make a small fire just by the doorway to frighten off the wild animals.
Fossils
Mr Ball came to talk to us about what fossils are and how they are made. We then had a go at making our own fossils. Take a look!
Hummus
We explored the stone age diet and found out that early settlers would have eaten hummus and flat bread. So we had a go at making it, the main ingredient is chick peas. Some of us loved it and some of us hated it!
