Rocking Rocks!
As part of our Science unit on Rocks and Soils, we have been investigating the permeability of a range of rocks. We examined the rocks with magnifying glasses and discussed their uses before making our predictions. Then using a syringe we added water to 5 different types of rock to test our predictions.
We used marble, pumice, slate, granite and sandstone. What do you predict would happen?
