Exploring Egypt
As an introduction to our exciting new project on temples, tombs and treasures, we had a fun-filled afternoon of activities related to all things Ancient Egyptian! We had to solve tricky tangrams to reveal Egyptian artefacts, sequence and explain the gruesome process of mummification and match up key vocabulary with their definitions! We also got to try our hand at a spot of archaeology and carefully dig to uncover any buried Egyptian treasure! Phew! What a day!
