But the 5ers visited Villa Park this week, for a day of healthy eating, cooking, exercise and radio recording!
The peeps at Aston Villa had previously been to Timberley to have a day with us as part of their 'Villa Vitality' program and now it was the 5ers turn to visit them!
The children got to use the gymnasium, learnt how to make a healthy pasta bake and fruit salad (with a Villa team chef!), took part in a healthy knowledge quiz, as well as write their own radio program script and record it in the Official Villa radio studios!
And to finish the day? Only a little pitch-side tour of the stadium!
