Maths Morning 11th November

This week, we were lucky to have a vist from two Roman citizens who helped us to explore Rome through a range of puzzling maths activities.

We had to construct cubes to help build pillars for the Colosseum, create Roman numerals, use a mirror to read a letter from a Roman soldier, arrange a selection of 2D shapes to complete a mosaic pattern and much more!

Well done to Ethan, Armani, Cathen, Danial and Ellie who managed to complete ALL of the puzzles in the session!  They demonstrated excellent team work and problem solving skills.

What a great morning!
