Weather Update











Could you please all make sure we have your correct mobile number so you will receive the text message incase of a school closure due to the weather conditions.
We will text you early in the morning, to make you aware of any updates.
Please contact the school office if you wish to change your contact number or add one to your child's contact list.


Bradley Road Gate Is Now OPEN!!
As you all know there was road works taking place on Bradley Road last week, meaning the main entrance into school was not accessible.
Thankfully, the road works are now complete.
Bradley Road is now open and the gates can be used.
Please be considerate when parking on Bradley Road and stay clear of the slip road into school.
This should not be used for parking or dropping off.

Spring Newsletters 2013
Your child's year group newsletters have been uploaded onto the class pages.
Please download the newsletter and have a read of what is going on in the year group and what your child will be learning this term.
The spring newsletters will also be sent out with next week's newsletter
to ensure that everybody has a copy 
Aston Villa children's tickets for under 12's are available from school for any home game until the end of the season at a cost of £3 each. All money raised will go to our All-Weather Multi Sports Pitch Appeal. Please contact the school if you are interested.

Road Works & School Update
As you all should be aware, there are road works taking place on Bradley Road.
This means the main entrance in to school via Bradley Road is
not accessible until further notice.
School can be accessed by the gates on Timberley Lane and Packington Avenue.
Sorry for any inconvenience this is causing and thank you to everyone for using the other gates.
The road works should be completed by next week.
We will keep you all updated.

The planned roadworks on Bradley Road are due to start today, 7th January. Please be aware that there may a disruption to your journey into school. It may be advisable to use one of the other gates to access school.

Break Up For
Christmas


Today we break up for our Christmas Holiday.
Children return on Tuesday 8th January 2013.
Monday 7th January 2013 is a teacher training day, so children do not need to attend school that day.
We hope that all the children, staff and their families have a fantastic Christmas and a happy new year.
