Rotary Award Year 3 - Christmas dinner for the local elderly residents -

Last Thursday, a few children in year 3 served the local elderly residents Christmas dinner and refreshments.
The children were brilliant, well mannered and a credit to Timberley!
The choir sang after the meal and Mrs Turner even played bingo with everyone!!

Key Stage 2 Christmas Disco

Next Thursday 19th December 2013, we will be holding a key stage 2 disco for all children from years 3 to 6,
from 3.30 to 5.30pm.
All children are more than welcome to attend for £1 per child.
Refreshments will be available for children to purchase.
All children may change into their own clothes after school, ready to party at the disco!!

Letters will be sent out regarding the disco on Monday.
Permission slips must be returned by Thursday.
Children who do not have permission, cannot attend the disco.

Christmas Fayre

Tomorrow, Saturday 7th December 2013 from 10am until 1pm, our Timberley Fayre will be on.
Stalls to buy from, things to do, meet Santa and food will be on sale to all, plus lots more!!
Take a walk around our in door winter wonderland!
Free entry for all and a family fun day for everyone.

The Christmas Choir Performance

Our famous Timberley Choir will be performing for their families and special guests for Christmas.
If your child is in the choir and you would like to watch the performance, please collect a letter from the office and return it as soon as possible.
On the return slip, you will need to state how many tickets you would like to order for the performance, to ensure you and your family have seats.
Tickets are 50p for adults and children over 11. Children 11 and under go free.

The choir will be performing from 5pm until 7pm on Monday 9th December 2013.
Please feel free to come into school prior to the performance, to have a look around our christmas decorations!

We really have a winter wonderland inside Timberley!!
Mulled wine and mince pies will be on sale to the adults.

Tickets are first being offered to the families of the children in the choir, should there be any seats left after, they will go out on public sale.
