Year 6
Welcome to Year 6!
Welcome back everyone! We have been very impressed with how smart and enthusiastic the children have been in their first week back. We are looking forward to seeing this enthusiasm last throughout the year with all the wonderful and exciting lessons and projects we have planned!

PE
Children need to have an appropriate PE kit in school every day. It is important, as PE is a legal requirement of the curriculum. Children are not allowed to wear any type of jewellery during PE lessons, due to health and safety.
6G's PE lesson will normally be on a Monday afternoon and 6M's will normally be on a Thursday. However in year 6 there is plenty of extra sporting opportunities so we ask the children to bring their PE kit into school on a Monday and then to take it home on the Friday.
At the moment some of the PE lessons will be completed on the MUGA so the children have been advised to bring in a PE kit suitable for inside and outside.
