Well done to the year 3/4 mixed footballers this week!
They took part in a one day league competition on Tuesday, against seven other teams from around the area.
Considering it was the first time the team had played together, they had great success!
It all came down to the result of the last game of the day... Timberley were top of the table, with level points to second, but a higher number of goals. Unfortunately, Timberley's game finished a draw, which saw the team previously in second, take the top spot.
If only they let you take that last minute free-kick Evan!
