WARWICK CASTLE SCIENCE TRIP
What a day for the Super Scientist 5ers!!! They went to Warwick Castle for a major schools science event and absolutely loved it! Thank you so much to the organisers of the event. Counting the days till next year already!
SIMON MURRAY VISIT
Thank you to author Simon Murray for a great illustration session with Icky Doo Dah! The 5ers really enjoyed the time to do some creative drawing!
Changes to Spellings.
We will now be sending home spellings for the children to learn.
It is vital that the children learn these words before they enter year 6.
It would be much appreciated if you could help your child learn the spellings at home.
Spellings will be given out on a Friday, to be tested the following Friday.

Dear parents/carers, the Year 5 Willesley residential dates have now moved to Weds 15th - Fri 17th June. There are still places left. Letters are at the office.

Welcome Back everyone!
It's been a good summer for us all but we're now in the full rhythm of the Autumn Term.
Already this week we've been writing our own version of Oliver Twist, learnt some fancy new hockey skills, built some pretty awesome Ancient Greek and Roman temples, and much more!
We're now looking forward to another exciting week at Timberley and there's a certain buzz in the air for the upcoming Woodlands trip (wc21st Sept). Places are still available...
