The Human Body
Our project this half term has been about the human body. We have explored our skeleton and our internal organs, learning about how they work together to create processes such as digestion and circulation.
Today, we were investigating how our pulse rate is affected by exercise. We carried out different levels of exercise to find out whether a higher impact activity increased our pulse rate compared to a low impact activity.
We used the fantastic new pulse readers from the Phizz Lab and exhausted ourselves doing star jumps and running on the spot!
