Our next topic in Maths will be about position and direction. We will be identifying what an angle is and the different types of angles including obtuse and acute and right angles. We will also be looking at different 2D shapes to see if we can find any right angles.
Later on in the week, we will be learning about the 4 points of a compass and how to turn from one point to another.
For example if you are facing North and make a HALF TURN, which direction will you face?
If you are facing West and make a QUARTER TURN CLOCKWISE, which direction will now face?
