This week year 3 went to talk to Mr Ball about rocks and soils as he is extremely knowledgeable in this area. Mr Ball explained to year 3 about the different layers of the Earth and showed year 3 his fantastic soil dome.
We then explored the nature area to try and find humus and detritus and found lots of examples of each.
