Welcome to reception!
The children have settled in well and are making lots of new friends. They are enjoying learning their letter sounds in their daily phonics lessons and have focused on numbers and patterns during their maths time.
Our topic is Ourselves so we have been painting portraits, drawing pictures and learning about the body.
Next week is our Science Week, we will be learning about our senses and taking part in a variety of exciting activities!! We will upload photos so you can see the fun we have been having.
We are looking forward to a fantastic year and hope the children are too.
