5ers Ford Production Line
The 5ers decided to take an alternative approach to producing the Timberley Christmas decorations this year, by employing the Ford Production Line System to their work.
So we were able to produce a mass of Santa ornaments, through separate groups having their own 'part' of Santa to build, which all then came together at the end.
At one point we had children getting 'ahead' of themselves in the Head Department, children 'running' the Feet Department and all 'hands' on deck for the Arm Department (they're the best puns we could come up with).
Our technique was so successful we did the same for the Christmas Trees... and made millions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Well, not quite millions, but you get the idea).
